ZENworks Patch Management 6.2 Server Internet Information Services

Situation
No Graphs,
Agents Offline, Agent Center page 404 error
The
AgentCenter page athttp://localhost/AgentCenter/agentcenter.asmxdoes not load properly
and displays one of the following errors:
- %@ WebService Language="c#" Codebehind="AgentCenter.asmx.cs" Class="AgentCenter.AgentCenter" %
- HTTP 404 - File Not Found
In addition,
the following symptoms are observed:
The
following symptoms can be indicative of many problems. If the
AgentCenter page loads properly, the resolution in this article
will not fix the observed issues.
- Computers page indicates agents are Offline
- "Detection Results Not Found" appears in the Platform column of the Computers page
- Status graph on the Home page fails to load
Resolution
The IIS Web
server is unable to display pages written in the .NET framework.
This may be due to an incomplete or corrupt .NET Framework Version
1.1 installation or the use of .NET Framework Version 2.0, which is
not supported in ZENworks Patch Management Update Server 6.0, 6.1,
or 6.2.
