Cannot delete or modify web documents accessed by Apache

symptoms:
Unable to modify, edit, delete any web files (html, php) that were previously accessed by apache
Server may hang when this is attempted through Novell Client connection

Go to sys:\system\autoexec.ncf and locate the line "PSA"
comment it out and reboot the server.

The problem is caused by posix symantec agent that caches all the apache files that has been previously accessed. Because of that, these files cannot be removed or edited if they are currently cached.
