Situation

Different Print windows are displayed for Plain Text and HTML email.

Resolution

For HTML print jobs the dialog box is displayed like in Windows Start | Settings | Control Panel | Printers and Attachments are not displayed.
For Plain Text print jobs the dialog box allows Attachments to be printed separately.

The reason for the difference is that when HTML is rendered for printing the dialog from Internet Explorer. Internet Explorer does not use for Plain Text printing.
