Error: Global Settings initialization required!

• iFolder is configured against a LDAP server running on Active Directory.

• The iFolder Management Console does not allow managing users and servers. The iFolder Management Console returns the following error:

Create the iFolder proxy user iFolder_ServerAgent in the same context where the iFolder administrator users are located, or move the proxy user back to that context if it has been moved to another context.

The "Global Settings initialization required" error will be displayed by the iFolder Management Console if the iFolder server cannot find a proxy user iFolder_ServerAgent in the context defined in the registry.
The administrator users' context can be retrieved from the following key in the server registry:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\W3SVC\iFolderServer\LdapLoginDnContext


Any change in the registry requires IIS services to be restarted.
