Virtual CD application icon will stay on desktop even after CD is removed and disassociated days was set to 0

Situation

When you create a virtual CD there is an option "When CD is removed, disassociation will occur after:" and you set the number of days. In the help documentation on that same page it states:

When CD Is Removed, Disassociation Will Occur After By default, after Novell® Application LauncherTM distributes the application from the CD (or removable media) to the user's workstation, the user can continue using the application indefinitely. Select this option to restrict the length of time the user can run the application. The time is measured from when the CD (or removable media) is removed from the user's workstation. The default time is 30 days. The valid range is 0 to 65535 days. Entering 0 will instruct Application Launcher to disassociate the application the first time an Application Launcher refresh occurs after the CD (or removable media) is removed.

If you enter 0 and run the application, it never goes away on the deskop. If you haven't run it, it will go away when you remove the CD and refresh, but if you run it, it will stay.

Additional Information

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  1. Create an app like notepad
  2. Create a virtual CD from that app and set the days to disassociate to 0 as stated in the help
  3. Run the app
  4. Remove the CD
  5. Refresh NAL
  6. We also tried changing the date on the computer to a future date and it still stays there.

RESULTS:
The icon stays on the desktop but should go away.
