Situation
After the NAL goes offline the NAL window goes back to the default settings.
Launcher config settings are changing in the registry on the workstation when NAL goes offline.
Resolution
Fixed in ZENworks 7 Desktop Management Service Pack 1 Interim Release 3a, see KB 3484245 "Updates to Novell ZENworks 7 Desktop Management" which can be found at https://www.novell.com/support
Workaround is to make the registry key [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\NetWare\NAL\1.0\SACache\TREE\LauncherConfig] read only so that NAL can't change it.

Steps to duplicate:
1. Set the NAL launcher configuration to disable the folder view and set it to no.
2. Launch NALWIN32 on the workstation notice there is no split window.
3. Set NAL to work Offline.
Notice the window is now split and the registry settings go back to default.
