Situation

Remote Diagnostics is accessible by regular users using ConsoleOne
Non-Administrative users are able to access the Remote Diagnostics option/functions
Selecting other Remote Management options results in the expected error:
"Error 1476: You do not have the rights to perform the operation"
for non-Admin or regular users

Resolution

ZENworks for Servers 3.0.2 was fixed in Interim Release 4 for ZfS 3.0.2. See TID 2972567 - ZfS 3.0.2/SP2 Interim Release 4 for details.

ZENworks Desktop Management 6.5 Support Pack 2 was fixed in ZENworks 6.5 Desktop Management Support Pack 2 Interim Release 1 or newer. See TID 3665027 - Updates to Novell ZENworks 6.5 Desktop Management for details.
