Novell iPrint Client for Windows
Situation
If iPrint Direct is enabled for a printer agent and the
spoll feature is used with that printer agent's Gateway
Autoload Command, then the end user will receive the following
error when trying to install the printer:
ErrorCode: 87
Error message: The parameter is incorrect.
Error group: Windows
Error code: 87
If the iPrint Direct Printer is installed first, then the spoll feature is added to that printer agent's Gateway Autoload Command, then the printer will return the following error when trying to send a print job:
A StartDocPrinter call was not issued.

Resolution
Install the 4.26 iPrint Client. This version of the iPrint
Client is part of the NetWare 6.5 Support Pack 6 download. It
can also be downloaded from Novell's File
Finder by search for nipp.exe.
