Situation
In the Novell User Application, if a Picklist control is set to
display only two (2) rows, it will not show the scroll bars when
viewed in a Mozilla FireFox Browser.
This works correctly with Microsoft Internet Explorer
The problem is also not seen with FireFox if the number of rows is set to three (3)

Resolution
The behavior is a bug with versions 3.0 and 3.0.1 of the Novell
User Application. Development is taking this bug under
consideration to be addressed in a future release of the Novell
User Application.
The workaround is to not set the number the rows to appear in a picklist to two (2).
