Novell ZENworks Desktop Management 7 - Support Pack 1 - ZDM7 Desktop Management
Situation
Within an application object the option "Distribute in Workstation Security Space if Workstation Associated" is checked by default (assuming this is not an MSI application). Unticking this box and then applying the change results in it not being possible to recheck that option.
Resolution
Fixed in ZENworks 7 Desktop Management Service Pack 1 Interim Release 3a, available at Novell Downloads
There are two possible workarounds:
1) Recreate the application object.
2) Use the older ZENworks Desktop Management 7 snappins to modify the application object.

Note:
This issue does not occur with MSI application objects.
Steps to Duplicate:
1) Launch ConsoleOne 1.3.6e and create an application object (not an MSI application).
2) Uncheck Distribution Options -> Options ->"Distribute in Workstation Security Space if Workstation Associated".
3) Click"Apply".
4) Recheck the option and click "Apply" again
