Situation

NSL (correctly) goes into offline mode after network connection is lost.
After network connection is restored, NSL remains offline after cache refresh interval.
NSL should try to restore the network connection with the cache refresh attempt.

Resolution

Fixed with NSL6.1.0.4 or later.
