Cannot log into WebAccess if a duplicate mailbox id is in an external foreign domain.

Situation

Cannot log into WebAccess if a duplicate mailbox id also exists in an external foreign domain.
Error: Please login again. You may have typed your name or password incorrectly. Remember that your user name must be unique.
Error: "Authorization failed"
Error: "Unable to find specified user while logging into Webaccess"
Login failed is displayed on the WebAccess Server

Resolution

This has been reported to development.

Work around:
1. The user can login with "domain.po.username" format for user name. Example: Dom1.Po1.dlany
or
2. Rename the userID to something else, either on your side, or have the other mail system in the foreign domain change their user ID.
