ZENworks 10 Configuration Management
Situation
If the browser viewing messages in ZCC is in a different timezone to the server running ZCM, the times shown for the messages will be incorrect.
Resolution
This is fixed in version 10.1 - see KB 7001200 "ZENworks 10 Configuration Management with SP1 (10.1)" which can be found at https://www.novell.com/support
Additional Information
When messages are
being displayed, the timezone offset if being applied twice: for
example if the timezone difference from GMT is +5 30, the time
advances by 5:30 x 2 i.e., 11 hours. If ZCC is in the same timezone
as ZCM, there is no problem. The correct times are being stored,
it's the display that is incorrect.
