Situation

Moving a resource not connected to the owning domain gives error DB03.

Resolution

06/19/2007 - This problem cannot be duplicated now with GroupWise 7 SP2 HP1a code, and has been reported as fixed in 7 SP3.

Steps to duplicate:
1. Create two domains and in one domain create two post offices.
2. In one of those post offices create a resource.
3. Connect to the domain that does not own the post offices.
4. Move the resource from one po to the other. When doing so, you will get DB03.

If connected to the domain that owns the post offices, the resource move works fine
