Situation
Copy File Policy won't
copy to Windows shares using the short denotion
Cannot copy files via the Copy File Policy that use a short Windows share name (e.g. c$\temp)

Resolution
Relative pathing isn't
supported in the Copy File Policy.
Using an absolute path such as \\127.0.0.1\c$\temp will work correctly.

Additional Information
Using the relative
path will cause the Subscriber to resolve the relative path from
it's Java working directory.
So, a relative path of c$\temp would be changed to c:\zenworks\pds\bin\c$temp, which is invalid.
