Situation
Error: "unknown keyword"
Error logging into WebAccess
Error: "Service is currently unavailable"
Error logging into WebAccess
Error: "Service is currently unavailable"
Resolution
Take the following steps to correct the problem:
1. Go to the Details of the WebAccess Gateway object in NWADMIN and change the port to 7206 and click OK. This will force it to re-write the COMMGR.CFG file. With regular WebAccess you can do this on the Server Configuration tab. With the Enhancement Pack version this can be done on the WebAccess/WebPublisher Agent tab. You can then change the port back to 7205. You will then want to stop and restart the web server. If this does not fix the problem, then the WebAccess installation is corrupted and you may need to take step 2 and then ensure that the new COMMGR.CFG is written to the webserver.
2. Delete WebAccess object and directory structure, rebuild the domain database, and reinstall WebAccess.

Additional Information
The Public Keys for the encryption of data do not match. This
can be caused by either corruption in the WebAccess object, or if
the WebAccess object was deleted and recreated without saving a new
COMMGR.CFG file to the webserver.
Note: TomCat4 after updating the LDAP Certificate you
have to run "sys:system/tckeygen.ncf" before TomCat will see the
NEW key.
