ZSM TED MMS and/or ZSM 7 TED are configured to run in a cluster, or are configured to use a secondary IP-address.
Situation
On a cluster, the
SiteServer or the publisher.//distributor for TED is using the
primary IP-address instead of the secondary IP-address.
Resolution
This is working
as designed.
If there is a need to cross a firewall, exceptions will need to be made for both the primary IP address and the secondary IP address of the server(s) running the Site Server or TED Distributor/Publisher.
If running on a cluster, it is necessary to allow the primary IP addresses of all nodes involved.
