Situation
Java applications
do not show up in usage reports.

An
executable that invokes the Java runtime will also not be
monitored. Although though the executable is tracked, it is
associated instead to the Java client runtime since both are
running in the same process space.
The usage
monitor translator correlates "process" data into "product" data. Since
the collector returns both products separately, and to the usage
monitor both products are running in the same process space,
the usage monitor will associate the .exe with the Java runtime,
which it does not support.
