Trustee assignments show up as green trees icons in ConsoleOne

Any trustee assignments over 20 for a given directory granted in ConsoleOne would not be displayed correctly. All trustees up to 20 would be granted and displayed correctly. Any trustees over 20 would be cutoff and green tree icons would show up in their place. This happened on Netware and Linux. Windows explorer would also have a problem but would display the invalid trustees as blank lines above the correct trustee assignment. This turned out to be a cachng issue in the njcl APIs. The problem happened with version 1.3.6f of ConsoleOne.
