Situation
Cannot print calendar
ERROR: Unable to open the free / busy information an
unexpected error occurred
Resolution
On the PC where Novell GroupWise Outlook Connector is
installed:
1. Go to Start
2. Select Run
3. Type CMD and select OK
4. On the command line type fixmapi and press enter
Additional Information
Note. The Fixmaipi command runs a fix in the background
and will appear as if nothing is happening, however a new
version of the mapi.dll is being copied to the needed
locations.
