Situation

Agent is not communicating with the PLUS host.

Resolution

Workaround:
Enter the proxy information using the following format.

Fix with the UpdateAgent.msi file dated July 31 2006 or later available in theZEN7_with_SP1_PatchMgmt.iso. See Novell Downloads.

Additional Information

Customer is using a Proxy Distribution Point server and entered the proxy information in the format of 'http://:' as specified in the documentation (Agent Install Guide | Single Agent Install | Step 12)



However it gets truncated in the control panel, displayed as:
