Unable to Login to the ZCC after updating from 10.0.0 to 10.0.1

Novell ZENworks 10 Configuration Management

Situation

After the customer attempted to update his ZCM system from 10.0.0 to 10.0.1, he was no longer able to access the ZCC.
If a valid ID/PWD is entered, no error is returned but a blank web page comes up instead of the ZCC.
If an Invalid ID/PWD is entered, an error is returned stating the ID/PWD is invalid.

Attempts to manually put in the correct URL for the "Home" page and the "Configuration" from the "blank" page after authentication, sends the user back to a ZCC login screen.

Resolution

With the assistance of Novell Technical Services, the customer was able to manually reapply the patch outside of ZCC to repair the system.
