Ldap config panel doesn’t validate the user application admin to be a real user

The LDAP Configuration wizard does not validate that the value specified in the user application administration is a valid user.
It is possible to put a valid OU in that does not point to a user. If this happens the User Application fails to load properly and gives errors about access denied and it is not obvious what the real problem is.

This is currently listed as a bug and will be addressed in a future version
