NAL changes to "offline" mode if primary eDirectory connection is lost

Environment

Novell ZENworks Desktop Management 7 - ZDM7 Application Launcher (NAL)
Novell ZENworks Desktop Management 7 - ZDM7 Management Agent + Client

Situation

In a multi-server environment, if NAL loses connection to the primary server (for example if the server is disconnected or crashes), then it will switch to offline mode: it will not try to re-establish an eDirectory connection with other servers.

Resolution

Fixed in ZENworks 7 with SP1 Desktop Management, available athttps://download.novell.com
