Situation

Resolution
Reinstall GroupWise snapins from a purchased copy of GroupWise CD
should resolve this issue.
This can be done by going to https://support.novell.com and searching for and following the procedure in KB 10064069. The proecure is the same for GroupWise 6.5 as it is for GroupWise 7.0.1.
In One case the system was upgraded from 5.5 to 6.0 using the CNE version of the Novell Software Library. This is an eval version and should not be applied to production systems. Restore the domains from backup and migrate/upgrade again without evaluation software.
