Situation
Error: "SNMP over NCP requires authenticated connection to the
NCP Server. Login to the server and try this operation
again."
The servers Trending data is blank/empty.
NMA communications with the Site server fail.
Health Reports data gathering fail is not viewable.
Check for a HR (Health Report) error in the HR folders, files.
Only occurs on some XP SP2 workstations.

Disabling the Microsoft Firewall on the XP SP 2 w/s
doesn't change the symptom.
If there is no authenticated connection to the target server, C1 will lockup.

Resolution
Added Consoleone.exe as a trusted .exe to all firewall type
software installed on the workstation. In this case, it was
Zone Alarm Integrity Desktop 4.0, which was installed only
on some of the machines.
