Novell ZENworks Desktop Management 7 - ZDM7 Desktop Management

Situation

In some circumstances, user Group Policies may be applied twice during the login procedure, which adds an unnecessary delay.

Resolution

Fixed in ZENworks 7 with SP1 Desktop Management, available athttps://download.novell.com

Additional Information

If logging is enabled (see TID3112868) then you can clearly see the User Policy being applied a second time. This is timing dependent and will not occur in most circumstances.
