Situation
ZENworks Asset Management 7.0
installs Tomcat 5. When you install iManager it finds Tomcat on the
Windows box and does not install Tomcat. iManager will not run with
this version that is installed with ZAM.
Resolution
The workaround for this is to
install iManager 2.6 first then install ZAM. The problem here is
that Tomcat will have two instances in Services. They will
both start up. Apache Tomcat is the 5.0 version. If
this one starts up first then iManager will not work. Stop
both instances of Tomcat then start up Tomcat (Version 4.1) then
startup Apache Tomcat (Version 5.0). Now both of them will
work just fine.

Steps to Reproduce:
1- Install and setup ZAM 7.0 SP1
2- Make sure that the Web Console for ZAM is working properly
3- Install iManager 2.6 (Notice that Tomcat shows that it exists and does not need to be installed.
4- An error will come up in the installation that says that it cannot start up Tomcat. Click on OK
5- Try and launch iManager.
