Situation
How to change the WebAccess Timeout Setting
Cannot change the timeout for the WebAccess session
WebAccess is timing out after 20 min

Resolution
The WebAccess Agent Timeout:
1. In Consoleone (NWADMIN for GroupWise 5.5 and EP), go to the properties of the WebAccess NDS object | Access Control.
2. Edit the Default Class of Service to change the Timeout setting.
3. Restart the WebAccess Agent and web server
The WebAccess Application Timeout:
1. In Consoleone hightlight the GroupWise domain in the NDS tree.
2. Go to the properties of the 'GroupWiseWebAccess' object | Security Tab
3. Increase the Timeout setting.
Note: This setting is a minimum of 1 min and is not available for GroupWise 5.x versions.

Additional Information
Their are 2 timeouts for WebAccess. The WebAccess Agent timeout in
the Access Control and the WebAccess Application timeout.
