Situation
When you apply the NAM3IR1 patch in the Access Gateway and the
password of the user in the FTP server has a "@" on it, the
lagupgrade process will fail. The ftp command formed by the
lagupgrade command was: ftp default:stay@vm@10.1.1.1 ....
where the username is default and password stay@vm. The resulting
error mentioned that vm@10.1.1.1 is an invalid address
Resolution
Fixed in 3.0 SP2.
Use a password that does not have a @ character for now. The underlying FTP client used by lagupgrade.sh is curl, which supports such passwords. However, the credentials need to be encoded and this is not happening.
