Situation

ZWSREG re-imports after workstation move if it can't contact import server.

Resolution

Fixed in ZENworks 7 Desktop Management Service Pack 1 Interim Release 3a, available at https://download.novell.com

Additional Information

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

  1. Import the workstation.
  2. move it to another container
  3. reboot the workstation and make sure the workstation can't contact the importserver
  4. Server gets a 12007 error.
  5. workstation will re-import into the original container.
