ZDM 7 will not install on new servers

The install would not complete and the following errors were seen in the install log.

Error: There was an error installing ZENworks Desktop Management on. Error: An error occured during file copy or configuration. See above for more details and be sure that no ZENworks Desktop Management files are open or locked.

Check to make sure that the object in Consoleone has the "LDAP Server" attribute (Consoleone-->right click on object--> properties--> other tab) and it's value is set correctly to "LDAP Server -.context". Make the necessary changes then retry the install.

If install still fails, take an LDIF export(Consoleone-->Wizards-->NDS Import/Export) of the container containing the NCP and LDAP server object, and attach the exported ldif file to your Service Request.
