Situation
Problem:
When a "ProofPoint" spam digest message is received by a Netmail user and the user opens up the message , they have the option to login to an anti-spam server and release any given message to tag it as not being spam.
When the user clicks on "Release" to authenticate to the server via the web, the parentheses characters are replaced by square brackets, thus causing the login problem to the "ProofPoint" server. When the brackets are replaced with parentheses on the Windows Internet Explorer or Firefox URL line then the user can authenticate successfully
