Situation

Despite a start time for a PUSH availability time interval is set and locked in an Admin Console, each PDA after synchronization shows the start time modified randomly by few minutes.

Resolution

This is working as designed. A purpose of sending randomly modified start interval for a PUSH to a device is to preserve a communication channel from congestions in case there is larger number of the PDAs waiting for beginning of the PUSH synchronization.
