Dates not localized in Custom Report edit dialog

It was reported that there was a problem with the localization of dates in the custom report edit dialog. Situation Follows.

Change regional settings to "English (UK)". Create a custom report with this in the criteria:Last Scan Date = 04/06/2007 (i.e. 4 June 2007).Edit the report. The criteria will now show Last Scan Date = 06/04/2007(i.e 6 April 2007). Saving the report causes the date to be saved as shown - in other words, the date gets changed to an unintended value just be saving the report, if the date is not re-entered.
