Situation
- User has not been logged in to the Microsoft Windows XP workstation
- NWGINA prompts the user with the Novell Client Login screen
- The VPN Location Profile has been selected and VPN Dial-UP has been enabled from the "Configuration" tab
- Any Dial Up Networking connection failure will run into the following problem:
- ERROR:"Dial-Up error has occurred. The modem (or other connecting device) has reported an error.:
- Selecting either OK or Cancel will lock NWGINA for a few seconds and retrun the ERROR:

referenced memory at "0x00000020"
The memory could not be "read"
Click on OK to terminate the Program
Click CANCEL to debug the Program"

Resolution
This issue has been addressed to engineering
