Novell ZENworks 10 Configuration Management
The 10.1 Upgrade Post Upgrade instructions suggest to use zrsuninstall but that tool is unavalable after an upgrade.
How do you remove Business Objects Enterprise components for 10.0.3 build in order to install new Reporting Server for 10.1? How do you uninstall after a 10.1 upgrade when the older version of Business Objects Enterprise is still installed?
10.1.1 A workaround is provided in version 10.1.1 - see KB 7001406 "ZENworks 10 Configuration Management 10.1.1" which can be found at https://www.novell.com/support
Note: Neither 10.1 nor 10.1.1 upgrade process upgrades BOE itself. BOE must be uninstalled, cleaned up, and reinstalled from the ZRS (ZENworks Reporting Server) 10.1 media. Alternatively, ZRS may be installed on a subsequent primary server where the previous version was not installed previously.

The BOE CCM (Central Configuration Manager) allows you to view, start and stop services. However, in order to set the services to manual, you must use the Windows services viewer.
Although BOE can only be installed on a single primary server in the management zone, the administrator will be able to launch Infoview from any of the servers in the management zone.
