Novell iPrint Client for Windows
Situation
Novell recommends that every Windows 2000 SP4 and XP SP2
workstation running the iPrint client have two Microsoft hotfixes
applied. Applying these hotfixes is a prerequisite to contacting
Novell Technical Services with any iPrint client problem.
Resolution
1) Install Microsoft hotfix KB 884897 - Missing print
features

Additional Information
When troubleshooting iPrint problems, Novell Technical Services
sometime recommends getting an ipptrace.txt file. How to do this is
documented in TID 10064594. I
When the hotfixes are properly installed, the ipptrace.txt file will look similar to the following:
