Situation
Extra login prompt when logging into WebPIM.
Need to enter Windows account credentials
Extra login prompt logging into Secure Gateway admin interface

Resolution
Modify c:\Program Files\Secure
Gateway\CommSvr\conf\securegateway.properties
Either uncomment or add a new line:
WebAuthenticationType=0
Restart the Secure Gateway service
This will disable the basic challenge authentication.
