When a user attempts to log in to WebAccess, he/she is immediately returned to the login page
The user was recently moved from one post office to another

The user was found to have a Personal Address Book with several space characters for a name, and no contacts inside.  This may have been a valid address book before the user was moved.  Once the empty address book was deleted using the Windows Client, the user was able to log in to GroupWise WebAccess without any further issues.
