ZCM 10 Web Applications reuse same IE Window

Environment

Novell ZENworks 10 Configuration Management

Situation

In ZDM7, web applications would launch the URL into a new IE browser Window.
In ZCM10, web applications launch the URL into the same browser window and navigate away from the previous page.

Resolution

This is fixed in version 10.1 - see KB 7001200 "ZENworks 10 Configuration Management with SP1 (10.1)" which can be found at https://www.novell.com/support

Additional Information

ZCM 10.1 was updated so that:
IE6 will open a new Window.
IE7/FireFox will open according to the Browser Setting. ( Open in Same Tab/Window or New Tab/Window)

Note: Already opened browser windows are unaffected.
