ZCM Server won't startup after installation, Console reports "Page not found"

Situation

ZCM Server won't startup after installation and before a reboot, Console reports"Page not found" after an initial installation.

Resolution

This is fixed in version 10.1 - see KB 7001200 "ZENworks 10 Configuration Management with SP1 (10.1)" which can be found at https://www.novell.com/support

Additional Information

Fresh install of ZCM 10.0.1 Install log showed no errors. All Novell ZEN services reported as running in 'Service' Dialogue. Debug logs didn't reveal anything obvious. Attempting to start the ZCM Console web page just times out with no administrative console showing up.
The reason for this is that at the end of the install, and before a reboot, the Novell ZENworks Server service hasn't fully started yet (tomcat - CPU usage will drop dramatically when tomcat has finished initializing) and it either fails or takes a while to connect to ZCC.
