Situation
Preboot icon
shows installing CASA.msi at 2% indefinitely when deploying
PreAgentPackage_Complete to a workstation with the shipping version
of ZAM 7.5 agent already installed.
Resolution
Rebooting the workstation or stopping the ZAM services and rerunning the deployment may help.
