Situation
Symptoms:
POA crashes while sending mail from Web PIM / device.
POA crashes while sending mail from Web PIM / device.
Resolution
Corrective
Actions:
1. Click Start | Programs | Intellisync Mobile Suite | Admin Console
2. Right click on WebAdmin and select Launch WebAdmin
3. Change the URL to http://ipAddress/diag
4. Click Email Accelerator
5. Click "All Accounts”
6. Click the problem user
7. Click Reset
8. Click "Yes” to reset the account
9. Click Start | Programs | Administrative Tools | Services.
10. Restart all the Intellisync Services and Adaptive Server Anywhere service
11. Restart the POA
1. Click Start | Programs | Intellisync Mobile Suite | Admin Console
2. Right click on WebAdmin and select Launch WebAdmin
3. Change the URL to http://ipAddress/diag
4. Click Email Accelerator
5. Click "All Accounts”
6. Click the problem user
7. Click Reset
8. Click "Yes” to reset the account
9. Click Start | Programs | Administrative Tools | Services.
10. Restart all the Intellisync Services and Adaptive Server Anywhere service
11. Restart the POA
If the issue still persists, please follow
one of the options listed below to delete the user account and
recreate it

1. Click Start | Program | Intellisync
Mobile Suite | Admin Console
2. Right click on WebAdmin and click Launch WebAdmin
3. Click Users
4. Click the problem user
5. Click on the Delete tab
6. Browse http:// from Internet

7. Enter User Name & Password. This will recreate the user account in GMS if Intellisync Mobile Suite Properties | Authentication | User & Device Discovery | Allow User to be Discovered and Created at Connect Time has been selected
8. Restart the GMS services (i.e Adaptive Server Anywhere, Intellisync Mobile Gateway & Intellisync Mobile Suite)
9. Restart POA

7. Right-click Users and select Create User
8. Specify the User Name, Password and User Authentication should be GroupWise Server which is communicating with this GMS server
9. Browse http:// from Internet

10. Login with User Name & Password
11. Proceed with adding device and other configuration which is required for a new user creation
12. Restart the GMS services (i.e Adaptive Server Anywhere, Intellisync Mobile Gateway and Intellisync Mobile Suite)
13. Restart POA
