Situation

Appointments with outside users are one hour off between 4 and 24 November.
Appointments sent from a GroupWise system to external destinations are received and posted one hour earlier than scheduled.
Appointments received by a GroupWise system from external senders are received and posted one hour earlier than scheduled.
Appointments sent within the GroupWise system are listed at the correct time.
Appointments before 4 November and after 24 November are posted correctly.

Resolution

Apply the GroupWise 7 Support Pack 3 or above
