Environment

Novell ZENworks Asset Management 7 - ZAM7 SP1 Patch 7

Situation

Collector hangs on WMI version 1.50.1085.100 (test 029) on a Windows 2000 Server SP4, 5.00.2195. Scan does not complete.

Resolution

Disable test #29 with the options.txt file with the following syntax:
disable:29
OR
Reinstall the WMI agent on the machine.
