Situation
Symptoms:
Proxy access with Read Rights to Appointments show mails when
doing a find
Resolution
Corrective Actions:
Install GroupWise Client dated 19th September 2007 or
later

Steps to
Duplicate:
1. Create 3 users med1, med2 and med3
2. Login as med1 and give proxy rights to med2 (Read rights for Appointments
only)
3. Login as med2 and proxy to med1
4. Click Tools | Find and click ok
5. Keep the find window open
6. Now use another workstation or use webaccess and login as med3 and send a
mail to med1
7. Switch to the Find Window and we will see the new mail there though we will
not be able to open the mail. If we close and open the find window, the mail
will not be seen but it can be seen if the Find Window remains open
2. Login as med1 and give proxy rights to med2 (Read rights for Appointments
only)
3. Login as med2 and proxy to med1
4. Click Tools | Find and click ok
5. Keep the find window open
6. Now use another workstation or use webaccess and login as med3 and send a
mail to med1
7. Switch to the Find Window and we will see the new mail there though we will
