Environment

Novell ZENworks 10 Configuration Management
Novell ZENworks for Desktops 4.0.1 - ZfD4.0.1

Situation

Attempt to migrate bundles from ZFD 4.0.1 into ZCM 10 fails where %SOURCE_PATH% is defined
An example of the log file found is within the Additional notes section.

Resolution

If you use an invalid macro in your path, NAL will leave the macro as is so the path will become invalid . For example, if you copy a file from %SOURCE_PATH%\foo\foo.txt and fail to define %SOURCE_PATH% then NAL will fail with an invalid path error. It won't automatically try copying foo.txt from some other directory.
