Situation
Enabling SSL authentication gives error "Key id list is
empty"

Resolution
Run Nwadmin32 from the BorderManager server, which should show the
correct snap-ins.
Adding an index for the Object Class attribute may also resolve this issue. To add an index for this attribute do the following in ConsoleOne.

- View the properties of the BorderManager server object.
- Browser to the server object in the tree.
- Right-click on the server object and select Properties.
- Select the Indexes tab.
- Add a new index for the Object Class attribute.
- Click the Add button on the right.
- Type the desired index name.
- Select the Object Class attribute from the drop-down
list.
- Choose Value for the Rule.
- Click OK.
- Click Apply or OK to finish the creation of the new index.
