Accessing GroupWise WebAccess via Virtual Office 1.5

Getting error: "Compile Error: login.htt: Line 1: File does not exist: login.htt.. Cannot load file: login.htt." when trying to access GroupWise WebAccess through Virtual Office

Accessing the new WebAccess via Virtual Office 1.5 or earlier may take users to the old frames user interface version of WebAccess. To fix this, install Virtual Office 1.5 or later (currently found in NetWare 6.5 SP3 and above, OES for NetWare or OES for Linux). Administrators will then need to perform the following tasks:

1. Log into Virtual Office as a user with administrative rights
2. Click the Services Link
3. Click the eMail tab
4. Select Novell GroupWise from the Email Server drop down box and click Edit
5. Change the GroupWise WebAccess URL from http:///servlet/webacc to http:///gw/webacc and click OK
6. Click Ok to save the changes
7. Go to http:///vo/admin.html
8. Log in as a user with administrative rights
9. Click on the Themes link
10. Choose VO Theme and click Edit
11. Choose VO Links and click Edit
12. Click Edit under Gadget Specific Configuration
13. Click on the GroupWise Edit button
14. In the Parameters box, remove the line"User.interface=frames&" and click on Save Changes
15. Click Finish
16. Click Continue
17. Click Save
18. Click Ok
